Last Spring, Marino was recommended to us for our exterior siding remodelling after we couldn’t get any reply from our former contractor and several others. As it turns out, it was the best recommendation we could have hoped for! Steve and Meredith were great to work with from the first site visit to the finished project. Unlike many contractors, they were accessible and responsive. Marino was exceptional in every way: clear project scope and costing, reasonable expectations for timelines, weekly progress updates and, most importantly, high quality workmanship (shout out to Peter!) They even followed up after the project was finished to make sure we were happy with everything. Above all, they are just awesome people! We have already hired them again for some smaller projects!

Marino Contracting was recommended to us for our 2 bedroom condo renovation. We had a very good experience working with this company. The workmanship was excellent and the tradespeople were respectful and tidy. We were provided with weekly project updates and detailed budget reports. Steve Marino and Sam Estrada were professional, responsive, and communication was clear and timely. We would highly recommend Marino General Contracting.

We worked with Marino several years ago and wanted to continue with our renovation. Working with the team again was such a wonderful experience. Steve, Meredith and our project manager Peter (Harding) were right there to help us move our renovation along. They were always on time never late. We always knew that they were looking out for our best interest and that it was important for us to be satisfied. The quality of the work is second to none and they use the best sub trades available and monitor their work as well to ensure customer satisfaction. They are cognizant of budgets and keep them in mind throughout the project..

We engaged Marino for an extensive renovation of our house that included significant structural work as well as modernizing and upgrading. Their team was a pleasure to work for. Conscientious, attentive to detail, and personable. Communication was excellent and the surprises that inevitably come with the scope of work we undertook were well managed and effectively handled. I had the pleasure of working with Marino General Contracting over the past year to renovate my parent’s condo. It was truly a dream come true! Shout out to Steve, Spencer and the rest of the team for being so easy to work with from day one, and ensuring the project came to fruition on schedule and at budget. We secured Marino General Contracting to build our new 2000 sq.ft. office for Pospischil Realty Group. We found Steve and Joe Marino seasoned veterans in customer service and professionalism. Most importantly they deliver on their promises. We could not be happier with the final result and were pretty well bang on the projected schedule. The site project manager Peter on site throughout the entire project was exceptional.
